Wagner is a very laid back kind of guy who loves to play and be a "lap puppy".  He
is super cute and has a curly cue tail.  He is well on his way to being housetrained
and relieves himself outside without a problem.  His sister likes to use him for a
pillow when they sleep, but he doesn't seem to mind the extra warmth.  His fur is
very unique for a lab mix, it reminds me of husky fur ~ kind of fluffy!!

This little man is quite the gentleman and while he is a typical puppy and needs to
be watched constantly, he would also be happy curled up in your lap taking a little
"puppy nap" ~ even under the covers!!  I just read somewhere that dogs need 10 hours
of sleep...  I wonder how many hours puppies need!!

We do have 2 resident cats, and 2 resident dogs, but the cats stay away from the
puppies.  Wagner doesn't bark at the cats and doesn't seem to be interested in
them.  One of the resident dogs loves these puppies like they are her own and lets
them chew on her.  Wagner hasn't had any problem getting along with the dogs ~ we do
have a grumpy male dog that stays away from the puppies.

These puppies are a litter of 5 that are owner surrenders. The dad was a rottie and the mom was a blue heeler. We didn't actually see the parents, that is just what we were told. The family met us on their front porch with the box of adorable puppies. Four of the pups look like little lab pups, and one looks like a rottie pup.

These pups just arrived to our rescue, but we are taking applications now and will begin to schedule home visits right after X-mas. Pups are 8 weeks old, have their first set of vaccinations, (they can receive their second set at your vet of choice using the blue free first vet visit we give you with their adoption). We will schedule their spay/neuter appointments when the vet office opens immediately after the holidays and they can receive their third set of vaccines and rabies at their spay appointment. Pups will be microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and come with a goodie bag of puppy stuff.
