Meet Suzie.... she came from a high kill shelter and was transported here to us in Western NY where we are looking to find her a loving family just searching for that small family dog to call their own.
Suzie is lovable, sweet and very friendly! She looks like she is a mix between a jrt and a Cairn. She has the adorable jrt face and the Cairn body, what a combination! She warms up to anyone she meets, immediately, and makes you feel like you've been old friends forever. It's endearing.
**2/28/10- Update** Liberty has been with us for about a week and this little girl is such a sweetie! She loves the snow and enjoys a good roll in the deepest part of it! She is already proving herself to be a TRUE BUFFALOIAN! Liberty is staying w/ my group of dogs and my 2 cats- She gets along great with the dogs, She is learning to be gentle with the cats..she gives chase to my younger cat but it's all in fun- I just give her a simple correction and she stops. Liberty (Libby for short) is also learning her housetraining skills- She did awesome yesterday! She is also crate trained, just tell her time for bed and in she goes I give her treat once she is in there for being such a good girl. Oh did I tell you that Liberty loves her leash! The minute she sees it she gets all excited and jumps up and down! She enjoys playing w/ her rope toys and of course she LOVES the laser pointer! After her playtime she is happy to curl up with you on the couch and go to sleep!
This little girl had a rough start to her life, but that has not broken her spirit, Liberty is FULL of LOVE and is looking to share it with her new family!
Suzie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations including rabies, has been flea treated, wormed, and heartworm tested negative. She comes with a free first vet visit to a participating vet in the area (up to 70 to choose from).
Adopt Suzie today, she can't wait to be a part of your family!
